Xander Rawlins (https://www.facebook.com/xanderrawlins/)
Xander Rawlins and 'I' are returning to The Troubadour to play an almighty amalgamation of songs from the new album "Alive I Dream".
Recorded out of Studio 9, Los Angeles with legendary producers Nic Jodoin and Michael Patterson, the album traces Xander's experiences over the last decade, influenced by his travels, the people he's met and his time in the military. The album will be released on all major online retailers on the 25th February.
With an upcoming tour, festivals and headline shows to come in 2013, it's probably worth keeping an eye on this one.
Los Pelos Rizos (http://lospelosrizos.com)
Los Pelos Rizos shall entice you with their potent mix of gypsy, jazz, Latin and folk. Whether it's the blast of a trumpet dueling with the lilt of a violin, the ebb and flow of guitar lines or the beat of a cajon dancing in time with the wanderings of the bass, they'll be sure to get you on your feet.
Porchlight Smoker (http://www.porchlightsmoker.com)
The Porchlight Smoker is getting brilliant reviews from major magazines and being played on main BBC stations even by the main man himself...Bob Harris on BBC 2. He has even added them to his site: http://www.bobharris.org/pages/artistpage.asp?searchterm=Porchlight+Smoker&searchid=28262
Hannah Matthews (http://www.myspace.com/hannahmatthewsmusic)
